For oversized formats, we run a block-bottom machine that’s one of a kind in Europe. It lets us produce sacks up to 80 cm wide with 30 cm bottom depths, perfect when off-the-shelf sizes just don’t fit.
Multi-ply kraft paper sacks reliably handle heavy weights, but the ply count and paper weight must match your product. If they are too thin, the sack will tear; if they are too thick, you are spending more than necessary. We are happy to advise you personally to ensure your sacks hold up perfectly while you only pay for the material you actually need.
